Angelcare Monitor question!
I just moved my daughter into her crib because she started rolling. I put it in the middle of the crib but it keeps alarming EVERY time she rolls to the ends of the crib! I can't remember which is most sensitive 0 or 5 but even if its on 0 or 5 it will still go off! Is this thing already worthless???

Re: Angelcare Monitor question!
I had a problem with my monitor. I exchanged for a new one because the darn thing kept going off in the middle of the night no matter what setting it was on!
I think the default setting is 3?

Re: Angelcare Monitor question!
I never had problems with mine until later on when Ryan was much bigger, and was getting up and sleeping at the opposite end of the crib...
I always kept mine on 3

If I put her at one end of the crib with in the first 5 minutes of sleeping she will be on the other end.

Re: Angelcare Monitor question!
Exchange it at BRU. Sounds like its not working properly to me. We havent had this problem at all and Katie is all over the crib.

Yes. Under the mattress is a flat board no springs!

Thanks, I agree if it works right it is the best! But I have had it for over 6 months and I got it as a gift with no receipt. I thought BRU will no longer accept returns without recepits. I wrote to the company. Hopefully they can help me. Thanks for the help!

Re: Angelcare Monitor question!
Call them! Their customer service is great.
I brought the monitor back to them with no box and all and they exchanged it for me.They don't need to know that you've had it for over 6 months.
Their office is located in Manhattan.. 30's I believe. My DH walked in with it, and walked out with a new unit. Good luck!

I wish I could do that. I live in California. I talked to the woman the other day from the company. She had me run a few tests on it and it failed. She took my name and phone number and said she would call me back. That was Wed. I will call her today to find out whats up.

Re: Angelcare Monitor question!
BRU will exchange without a receipt, TRU will not.
Give it a try, just say you ot it as a gift and its not working - don't even mention it was 6 months ago. As long as they still carry it they will let you exchange or give you a credit for the lowest price in the last 30 days. You will need a drivers licens though (I forgot mine once and I had to go back home and get it)
Good luck!!
