ankle, foot and knee pain

ankles aren't swollen, but everything from my knee down hurts so badly.

I am not over-extending myself these days, either, so I have no idea why this keeps happening. It aches very badly.

Icy Hot is only doing so much and my son keeps thinking I have a candy cane hidden somewhere, because I smell so minty.

Any one else? any tips? Just ice, I guess?

Ive been having pain but my doctor told me it was because of all my swelling. Also I feel like I am not walking normally so im sure thats throwing me off too.

I actually went for a pedicure today and it made my feet and ankles feel better, but when I was back at work for like an hour it started hurting again. Maybe try soaking your feet and ankles in warm water? I think thats what made me feel better after my pedicure.
