DH just called me..she probably died from the combo of stress of whatever drugs she was on. I she is finally at peace not only in body, but mind and soul.

I totally agree with you.
I'm sure he is going to be very scrutinized now. The one good thing is it happened here in the states so at least it will be a valid investigation, unlike that of her son in the Bahamas.

Anna Nicole Smith has died, her attorney tells MSNBC.
Her Los Angeles-based attorney, Ron Rale, says Smith was taken to the hospital at 2:00 p.m. Sources say Smith was found unresponsive in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Fla., where she was staying with her companion, Howard K. Stern.
Her 5-month-old daughter, Dannielynn Hope, was not with them, sources say, but is being cared for in the Bahamas by the mother of Shane Gibson, a high-ranking Bahamian official who is a close friend of Smith's.
According to Access Hollywood, which broke the story, Smith was rushed to Memorial Regional Hospital.
On Wednesday, a Los Angeles judge ordered Smith, 39, and Dannielynn submit to a DNA test by Feb. 21.
The test is tied to a paternity lawsuit filed by photographer Larry Birkhead, who claims he is Dannielynn's father.

although i know for sure she will find a loving home - i am sure of it
so tragic
I dunno, I feel like there is going to be a big custody battle over the money, and the girl will just be lost in it all.
