Anna Nicole's Body to Bahamas, Guardian Milstein.
With tears in his eyes, Judge Larry Seidlin has ruled that the disposition of Anna Nicole's body will be determined by Richard Milstein, the guardian ad litem of Dannielynn Stern, in consultation with the three parties, and he recommended that Anna Nicole be buried "next to her son."
All three parties were in tears, and Seidlin himself had to hold the hand of a court clerk to steady himself as he rendered the judgment.
A guardian ad litem is a person appointed by the court as the guardian of an infant or person. Milstein will now work with all three parties to determine the burial of Anna Nicole, on behalf of her next of kin survivor, Dannielynn.

And also these 3 days of court were a waste of time.. should of been this way from DAY 1!!!

I dont think he is ridiculous at all. I have actually grown to really like him. I think underneath that hard exterior, he truly cared about all parties involved, especially the baby. He seemed to understand Anna Nicole on a human level..I think he made the right decision.

She should be burried in the bahamas with her son. I am not a howard stern fan but She wouldn't have bought a plot next to daniel for nothing.

Actually the judge stated his preference that she be buried in the Bahamas but it is up to the law guardian for the baby to decide were she will be buried.

I totally agree with you.
She did not purchase the plots, Howard K Stern purchased the plots. Howard testified that she really wanted him buried in Los Angeles but she was afraid to leave the Bahamas (because of the custody battle) so that is why he was buried in the Bahamas.

I think ultimately that is were she will be, and I do think next to her son is the where she should be. But the ruling is so important because it can mean a lot of things to different people that are involved. Whoever was awarded the body also has a right to contest the will, because they are being considered next of kin for Anna Nicole Smith. So it has a lot more to do with just where she will be buried.

I dunno, I still have the nagging feeling that he is playing it up ever since it came out that he wants his own show.
Either way I hope she gets placed with her son
