Announcing Gabriella Grace...
My countdown ended as of May 22nd....
My little girl Gabriella Grace arrived 5/22/09 at 12:25am she was 6lbs. 15oz. 20inches.
She was a surprise... She came just a bit early... My actual due date was June 8th but I had my scheduled c-section for June 3rd. I guess she just could not wait to be here...
My water broke at 9:30pm on the 5/21 and by 10:15pm I was already 5cm dilated. Being that I was scheduled c/s all they needed to do is the blood work then straight to the OR. By the time that all happened I was progressing quickly.. they gave me meds to stop the contractions and pain meds in my iv.. then once in the OR they did the saddle block and out she came..
I am up and walking today, but in pain....
