Another catholic/baptism question?
Did anyone get a crib medal at your babies christening?? Just curious if this is something popular. I decided to get a crib medal for my best friends baby for the christening tomorrow. It is a really nice cross with a beautiful saying on it. Are these popular?? I had never heard of it, so i thought it would be cool to get. I really wanted to get the stock in Disney i posted about last week, but it was too much to spend considering I bought the bond already, but DH and I decided that every year of our "nephews" birthday (we are called auntie and uncle) we are going to buy him a share of stock in disney.
Anyway..thanks for your help Mommies!!!

Re: Another catholic/baptism question?
I actually got my Crib Metal when Frankie was born from my DH's aunt. DH's family is very religious. I had pinned it to his bassinet and now it is pinned to his pack & play (he sleeps in there, in our room) and when he will be moved into his room, we will then pin it to his crib. I am sure your friend will appreciate the gift. It is a thoughtful one to recieve.
