Another Chinese take-out post - please recommend one in Islip, East Islip or Bay Shore
Can anyone recommend a really good Chinese take-out in Islip, East Islip or Bay Shore?
We have tried a lot in our neighborhood but nothing that we're thrilled with. We have picked up from Peninsula in Bay Shore in the past but it's a little expensive for take-out and not really worth the $.

I grew up in West Bay Shore but we always got our Chinese from Long River in Bay Shore.. it's worth the small drive.

I grew up in West Bay Shore but we always got our Chinese from Long River in Bay Shore.. it's worth the small drive.
Is that the one in West Islip on Union?

We order from spring kitchen in bay shore. It's pretty good. Penninsula is good but expensive, the last time I ordered from long river they changed it, it wasn't good. Idk if it was a one time thing though.

My 2 favorites in the area are Long River (West Islip) and closer to the area you asked about I like Yan Min Kitchen!!! Yan Min has THE.BEST.EVER. Hot & Sour soup! It's loaded with stuff!!
