Re: Another cosleeping question...

Nate is 2.5 (will be 3 June 1st) and he's still in our bed. I want to get him out now... He refuses to sleep in his toddler bed and even if he's in our bed he'll wake up if he realizes that no on is upstairs. It's really frustrating.

DD is going to be 6 months on April 12th and we are actually waiting on a piece for her crib so that's why we haven't moved her yet. Chat Icon Chat Icon

Re: Another cosleeping question...

My boys are 6 & 4. They co slept until they were 4 & 2. Mainly because I was VERY lazy about moving them. Once we got our house, we made sure that they were able to assist in setting up and decorating their own bedroom. I think letting them have a say in the bedroom helped make the transition easier. Also - they were BOTH going together.

Pretty much my feeling, too. DS is 17 months. I might try moving him in the fall, I'm not terribly concerned one way or another. Co-sleeping works well for us and we're happy with it.

I want to add my child is a GREAT sleeper- Sleeps straight through 7pm-6am

and takes a solid 3 hr nap (in his bed- not mine) daily...
