Another Gold Star Rave
They came yesterday and did my first floor, except the kitchen. Sanded, stained and did minor repairs, floors look brand new!! They are coming back today and tomorrow to seal.

I need my first floor done, minus the hall and kitchen (I didn't close yet)
would be mind sharing what they charged you? I have no idea what to budget

Love them! They put in new stairs , new floor in a walk in closet. And partial new floor in our living room. Everything matched perfectly, and their prices are great
