Another hair question-moms of girls

A while back there was a post about little rubberbands that actually stay in! I remember meaning to write down the name of the ones someone was talking about (can't remember who!).

Does anyone know of rubberbands that stay in? I tried the little plastic clear ones but it slid out.
Thanks!

I've had good luck with the shiny Goody ones (the matte ones get caught in her hair every time I used them)

A lot of people were talking about ones they got at Walmart that were in a pill case type of container.

That was my post I think Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon We're on the same wavelenght!

As Cathy said, I LOVE those from Wal-Mart that come in a pill container-type dispenser. I couldn't find them for a while, and posted about it...I finally found them a month or so again.

I can look at the Wal-Mart by my work Thursday if you want and can give them to you Friday afternoon, if you want.

ETA: They work GREAT in DD's hair-- she's wearing them in my avatar pic Chat Icon

ETA2: Here's the link to my post about them recently, and ABCIverson posted a pic of the ones I love on the bottom: LINK

Re: Another hair question-moms of girls

I use little rubber bands that come 150 to a pack at Claire's. They are pretty much 1 time use but stays in DD's hair with no problem. They are small like the ones worn with braces. I put it in in the morning and it stays all day, right through her nap and then I can get it out easily at the end of the day, I showed DH how to get it out and he can do it easily too. It doesn't get caught in her hair.

I have no worries if she happens to get one out and swallows it. They are so tiny.

As she gets bigger and her hair gets thicker (I hope) I'm not sure what we'll use.

I looked for a pic to show, but they are so tiny you can't see them. They come in clear and multicolors. Both are hard to see in DD's hair.

I have to go there on Thursday anyway, so I'll look for you if you don't find them before. They're only like $4 or less for that whole package of them.
