Another home owners insurance question
Did you get quotes from more than one company? I called Geico (who we use for car insurance) and the rate they gave me through Travelers seemed pretty good, but DH & I thought we should get another quote from someone else.

Can I ask is your home in NY? I didnt think that Geico offered H/O Ins in NY or did they send it to another compnay and still offer a discount since you have Auto w. them??

When we were buying our house, we got quotes from State Farm, Allstate, and National Family Insurance. We went with Allstate bc they gave us the best deal for having home and auto with them. Don't forget to ask for discounts for alarm systems in the house, we got an additional 10% off.

No, it's in Illinois. They offer it through Travelers.

We did ours through State Farm because we also did our auto from them as well. They, like other companies, will often give you an extra discount if you combine everything through them. Good luck!
