Another TTCer with a question about CBEFM and OPKs
This is my first month using the CBEFM do I need to use the OPKs too??? I was hoping just to use the FM...Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated

I would just use the CBEFM, give it a couple of months to find your peak days

I used both since in the beginning it takes the CBEFM a couple of months to figure your body out
