Any advice on getting rid of cradle cap?

DS is 4 months old and has just developed it over the last few weeks. It's grossing me out and since he is starting to loose his hair it's noticeable.

Thanks!

I used that gentle naturals cradle cap treatment- it made her hair stink for days but I only used it once and it hasn't come back at all.

I would load up her head with baby oil, like really load it up, then take a comb and it all came out and never came back again.

I took baby oil and rubbed it on and kept gently rubbing in circles where the cradle cap was then have a bath, we did this a few times and it has been fine

DD had a slight case and my doc recommended the baby oil gel, worked great.

I did the same thing. It works really well. Their hair is greasy afterwards though-even when you wash it 10x

I did the olive oil too, I painted it on with a basting brush, let it sit for 10 minutes then combed it out with a comb. She never got it back again.

Re: Any advice on getting rid of cradle cap?

I used regular baby oil and a babys fine comb to get it out. Nicholas had it really bad and he has alot of hair which didint help. I had to do it like 3x.

GOOD LUCK!!!

Re: Any advice on getting rid of cradle cap?

I didn't use anything, I just combed some of it out after her baths and it just went away on its own, Julia had very little though on the top of her head.
