Any BFing moms who run or exercise-jog bra woes please help if you can!
hope anyone has a suggestion! i am hoping to start running again and did a little yesterday but couldn't believe how huge my boobs felt even after BFing before exercise. i never had big bbs before....what kind of jog bra does a BFing mom or a larger breasted woman wear? anyone have suggestions- i appreciate it! thanks!!

I wore 2 sports bras...but it still hurt, so now I just walk and do the elliptical.

I have a Nike one and I LOVE it. Keeps the "D" girls very secure. Although I don't know which one it is. They make GREAT sports bras. They are a bit pricey, but worth it, IMO.

I started working out 2 weeks after DD was born - she's almost 13 weeks and I'm still wearing 2 sports bras when I run.

Medela makes a sports nursing bra that I found really supportive.

that's what i do and it works for me. when i forget and only wear one it stinks!
