Any child care centers that will take a child a couple days a month?

Any child care centers that will take a child a couple days a month?
I'm looking for a child care center near Melville that will take DD just a few days a month. 3-4 days for a few hours each so I can go the the Doctor, get a haircut, etc.. Is there such a place?

Every place I have ever called has said it's a minimum of 2 days a week.
ETA: I dont live in NY though.

I dont think many day care centeres will do that. What about hiring a babysitter that will come to your house?
