Yes - I think it's your belly. You are all belly.
BUT - I do have to say that the theory of a mom really changing when she carries a girl went out the window when a friend just gave birth She was ALL BELLY and I was convinced it was a boy - but she gave birth to a little girl.
So, basically - I have no clue what I am talking about!
