Easy math formula to determine gender of your child...

Does this work for you? We were discussing it at work... someone said you take your age and add the number of the month your child was born. If you get an even number = girl and an odd number = boy. For almost everyone it worked (it did for me - 37+4 = 41 and I have a DS). How about everyone else???

He was born in March and I was 29 which is 32. Doesn't work for me. But if I use my age at conception 28 it does.

Did you ladies use the age in which you conceived or the age you were when you gave birth?

It's supposed to be the age you gave birth.

I was 31 when I had Andrew and he was born in May = 36, so it doesn't work for him.

I'll be 33 for this baby, also to be born in May = 38 so this one worked.

I thought you were supposed to add your age and the month you conceived -- one of the old wives tales for how to predict if you will have a boy or a girl. Have I been doing it wrong?
