Any good pasta dinner recipes?

I don't seem to make enough pasta and i have a ton of it...what are some good, easy pasta dinner recipes?

penne alla vodka ( i buy Victoria's vodka sauce)
sautee cooked pasta in garlic & oil, add broccoli and parmesan cheese
use a can of dices tomatoes & throw some veggies in

White clam sauce!!!! I buy the diced clams at the grocery store then throw in garlic and EVOO.

Also sauteed spinach and garlic with EVOO. You can dice some chicken in as well.

-I make lentils and pour them over pasta.

-A can of kidney beans, a small can of tomato sauce, salt, pepper, oregano, basil, onion powder, garlic powder. Cook them for 30-45 minutes and pour over pasta.

-We make lemon chicken pasta. It's a Neely recipe from Food Network.

-Red Pepper Butter Sauce. 3 red peppers, peeled and chopped, and basil in the food processor. Put into a small pot with a stick of butter, 1/4 cup of milk, salt, pepper and tobasco sauce to taste. Bring to a boil, simmer for 10 minutes after that, pour over linguine.

I forgot, I also make white beans and spinach with EVOO and garlic as well. It's delicious with so many different kinds of pastas, from penne to orzo.

What I love about pasta dishes is there is also always enough left over for a couple lunches.

Brown a package/pound of bulk sausage.

Add 1 large bag baby spinach. A can of petite diced tomatoes and some water/stock to make "sauce"

Serve over pasta (I like whole wheat penne) w/ grated cheese

Cut one pepper (any color) and one onion into strips

Steam pepper, onion, and 2 cloves of garlic

Meanwhile, grill one pound of chicken over olive oil. After chicken is cooked, cut that into slices as well.

After onions and peppers are steamed and chicken is down, combine in one pan.

Mix in together with: 1/2 bottle Four Cheese classico sauce and 1/2 bottle Spicy Red Pepper classico sauce.

Serve over spaghetti

I make Pasta Primavera a lot.

I cut up any type of veggies I have in the house - carrots, broccoli, red or green peppers, zucchini, mushrooms, sometimes I throw in baby tomatoes. I saute them on the stove (sometimes I roast them in the oven on a baking sheet) with a little olive oil and lots of garlic. When they are soft I serve them on top of any type of pasta.
