Any great salmon recipes?
Want to make it for dinner tomorrow & looking for a new recipe. Usually keep it very simple by grilling/broiling with lemon/herbs. Maybe a glaze of some sort?

OK, well I tried a glazed salmon recipe the other night and it came out great so I thought I'd share. It was SO easy. Just mix 2 Tbsp. dijon mustard & 1/4 c. brown sugar. Salt & pepper the filets and then spoon mixture on top. Bake at 375 for about 45 minutes or until cooked the way you like it.
