He sold my parents house in May 07 within 2 weeks
We bought our house from Richard Shane's reality office & personally it was the WORST experience ever. He made buying a house miserable from the start. For DH & I, I would not trust him selling my home.

Def Bonanno- Not only did he help find our house, he happens to be a good friend and good real estate agent.

The service...He just was so obnoxious to deal with. When we first walked into our house at an open house, he would not give us the time or day bc he thought we were too young & would not be able to afford the house. When he eventually found out how much money we had to put down, he changed his tune but still he made every meeting & the entire closing so uncomfortable. Fortunately one of his associates took with all the proceedings. He just rubbed both DH & myself the wrong way....
I do know others that have dealt with him in other situations & walk away from deals bc of him
