I have a recipe for beans....then I make rice in a rice cooker.

I make the old school kind of beans where you have to soak, make the rice separately and then cook the beans,.

Here is my quick and delish version!

Rice and Beans in the Rice cooker

(I don't measure, so FYI)

What you'll need

-a few heaping spoonfuls of Goya Sofrito
-can of goya beans (either pink (rosada) or red kidney beans will do)
-2 packets of Goya Sazon (I like the one iwth azafron (sp?))
-rice
-water
-oilve oil
-salt

Mix it all into the rice cooker and turn it on.. That's IT!
