You can rent some HUGE beautiful homes in North Carolina for cheap right on the water, that would be nice!

i was gonna say the same thing! the outer banks in NC is a great place for something like that! you can rent HUGE homes there with like 8 bedrooms, elevators, a pool, game rooms, etc.... i think they rent for like 7-8K a week, but splitting it between a few families wouldn't be bad. it would be just a great place to hang out on the beach for a week as a family.
my parents have a vacation house down there, so let me know if you have any questions about things to do, places, etc.

We just came back from NC. It was a great place for a family reunion! We had a 7 bedroom, 5 bath house, and I think it was a little under $4k for the week. We were across the street from the beach (we didn't want to be right on the beach, too many little ones, plus we wanted a pool). Would highly recommend it!!

Outer Banks, NC....You can rent a house or two & be right on the beach.
Also, we do a smaller one in Hilton Head, SC every Thanksgiving. We rent condos on the beach. Whenever we are down there, you see groups & groups of families doing their reunions.

How about one the resort locations like woodlock pines or massanautten. This way you get something for everyone and still have time and space to be together.

One of the resorts up in the Catskills, like Kutchers or Friar Tuck Inn could be perfect for such a large group.
