Any mom's have the carpal tunnel release surgery on hands?
I finally saw the hand surgeon today...and I need surgery on both hands. The Dr. said its about 2-2 and 1/2 weeks with bandages and then 6 weeks full recovery time per hand with no heavy lifting, moving wrists.
He said to me..whose gonna take care of the kids...um...great question Doc!
I'm wondering if any moms had it and can tell me what they could/couldn't do and how long and what recovery really was like?

A coworker of mine has had the surgery on both his hands. I just sent him an email to see if he could give me some first hand insight for you. I'll let you know what he says.
