Any new, fun, cool restaurants open recently?
My parents are taking DD overnight this weekend, so I was hoping to sneak in a date night with DH. I was wondering if there were any new, fun, cool restaurants that have opened recently.
We are on the South shore in Nassau, but are willing to travel a bit. We aren't too picky- but would want it to be reasonably priced, and relatively casual. (I was thinking about going to Salumi in Massapequa, but I don't think DH would like it very much.)

I've never been but think it's pretty new.
I love, love, love, love, love Mercato.
Great food and they never, ever, ever rush you. Love that place.

I was going to suggest Salumi. DH and I really like it there. We are wine-o's though.
