So funny you posted this-I just looked it up today! There are going to be some great shops- J.Crew, Old Navy, Banana and Gap! I live in Deer Park, so I'm super happy but also concerned about the traffic! They open in less than a month!

My sister is working at the Off Fifth there. They are supposed to get the keys this weekend. It's a prototype store, supposed to be really nice.

I love Christmas Tree Store. My sister said it's two doors down from her store. You can see the map of the stores at the Tanger website. It's all outdoors, she said it has more of a feeling like an outdoor mall, less like an outlet center.

The Deer Park outlets will have a Christmas Tree Shoppe?? So exciting!! The closest one I know of is in Orange, CT. that I only get to on the way to see my brother and SIL who live up there.
Can't wait!!

it looks to be much smaller than Riverhead, and quite a few of the same stores.

DH and I took a drive down there Sat. night. First store I saw was the Christmas Tree Shoppe..
I have never been, but, can't wait to check it out.
They open Oct. 23rd

I work in Deer PArk and feel the same way- VERY concerned about traffic!
ETA: They don't show the fountain on the map- It's going to be an ince skating rink in the winter.
