They are really on top of things there, as everything is done under one roof.
They never lost anything, and they stay in constant communication with you :: I literally would be on my Blackberry with my guy all the time, back and forth.
It was really great to be able to be in in direct communication the minute either of us had a question.

Wow thanks so much we are planning on calling Monday morning to talk to them about getting our VA mortgage. Any questions I should ask???

We used them and loved our guy! He was so good at explaining things to us and he was accessible at all times. I work down the block from the office and he actually came to my office several times to pick up documents or to have something signed. The fact that they handle everything in house is great and it makes things move very quickly.

LOVE THEM!
One of our best friends works there - and has done a number of our mortgages.
As a company, they're top notch and (according to the realtor of the house we recently bought) - very highly regarded in the industry.

They were great! I recommend Bruce Silva. The whole process for us took under a month and no other bank could do it that fast.

As a realtor- I highly recommend them
I use Bruce Silva's team- and Carlos Vargas for 90% of my sales
the inhouse underwriting makes them stand out against everyone else
they also are the largest banker of FHA in the Northeast
they get it done

Yup! I used John Duffy and he was fantastic! Never tired of our questions, was very helpful and worked really hard for us.
Highly recommended!

Gerard Troha assisted us with our mortgage. I had an answer (approval) before I arrived home from our meeting. The entire loan process was smooth and we had ZERO bumps!

We were going to use them but my father convinced us to go w/someone he knew personally. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!!!! 
I completely regret not using Bruce Silva and his assistant Kendra. Wonderful, caring and completely on top of their game. If we ever have a chance or need to switch, I am def going to do it.
