any other former irish dancers out there?
Just curious...I was for 8 years and danced for the Hunt School. I was in the best shape of my life when I danced. I'd love to take some classes and get back into it. It was so much fun! Anyone else?

one of my bestfrends won sttae champonships, andnow has her children in the competition arena, she knwslotsof people in the industry if you need some recommendaqtions for adult classes. She has a reunion this yea for her step school and she said she has to get inmuch better shape to live up to what she was

no way, you can totally learn, but you need to be in excellent shape, cardio is a must!!!
