Any quick tips for getting a house ready for an appraisal?
We are trying to refinance and the appraisor is coming tomorrow. I'm trying to clean and organize has much as I can tonight.
Any other quick things I should be doing?

I wouldn't go crazy, they are looking at basic things, room counts, size, location, major updates

As jandj1224 mentioned they are looking for the basics. Make sure that if you have a new kitchen with granite tops make sure they are cleared off and the appraiser can see them. New kitchens, updated bathrooms and finished basements will weigh heavily on a homes value.
