Any suggestions for a 12 year old birthday party?
My SD wants to have a birthday party this year - not her usual sleepover. Does anyone have any suggestions for a fun place to have a 12 year old birthday party on a Friday night that is age appropriate? We are willing to go anywhere in Nassau county or western Suffolk. Thanks!

How about my place- Darlings & Divas in Amityville.. we have really fun themes for older girls...
Spa parties where we do manis & pedis using Me!Bath's ice cream line (they use these on Disney Cruise Ships). We also do hairstyles & makeup applications at this party.
We also do all sorts of craft parties.. make your own t-shirts, jewelry, etc.
A Project Runway party where girls get a bag of mystery ingredients and have to create a "look" from them.
A PJ style party where they make their own pillowcases and also do manis, hair & makeup..
edited to add- we just did a 12 year old's party at night (6-9) and they came in a limo! it was super fun- we turned the lights down low and blasted music- they danced, got all glammed up! and they had pizza and make ice cream sundaes.

Does she like sports? I had a lot of my birthday parties at Sportsplex in Bellmore/Merrick.
