Any thoughts on palces to store "toys" for baby?
We received a bunch of toys (activity and stroller toys) that will not get use until the baby is a little older (~6mos).
I am at a loss as to where to put them. We do not have much room in the nursery (let alone anywhere else) for a toy chest. But for now they are sitting on top of one of his dressers--kind of in the way.
Any ideas? I was thinking of one of those toy hammocks you hang on the wall, but not sure that'll work with all the toys. Also, almost all wall space is taken, at least anywhere safe and big enough.
TIA!!

Us too..have a lot of that stuff. We have a toy hammock thingy that matches out bedding and is used and also a big basket to put in the nursery filled with stuff.

The toy chest I got was def. my savior - it is packed already. Do you have any room in your house for one?

Not really. I would love to buy something we'll get the most use out of, but not going to take up too much space.
There is room now in his room for it, but then there is no room for the glider (which I am still yet to get!!)

How about getting those bins that slide under a bed? Maybe you can slide it under yours?
Or - I'm not sure how the closet is - but what about getting some of the canvas bins and placing them in the closet?

I ordered a big bookcase., and shelves for the walls.
But, we also have a toybox.
I am thinking about getting the hammock too...
What about a bookcase, or shelves on the wall?

Under bed storage?
I plan on using this nice under bed basket for storage of extra under the crib.
There are different style, wicker, plastic, etc...

We use under the crib, a toy box, and a toy hammock.
Here is a pic. Please excuse the mess. I was in the middle of switching out his winter clothes. Image Attachment(s):
