my 16 month old is miserable (he can't nap and cries all night). it's so swollen , now he has a cold with it and a low fever.

i gave him tylenol when he went to bed but since it wears off in 4 hours it didn't help him at night. is it ok to use motrin at night?

thanks!

I love motrin!! I would try that since it is every 6-8 hours instead of Tylenols every 4-6

Motrin is so much better than tylenol.

Yeah- I was going to say definitely Motrin- it's an anti-inflammatory in addition to a painkiller, so he'll get more relief.
