I am taking one tonight too. Just bring water and a towel and do it at your own pace until you feel comfortable!

Spinning is my favorite workout. I did it throughout my whole pregnancies.

remember that it's not a competition. don't pay attention to anyone but yourself and the instructor.
your seat should be at your hip level and your private area will be hurting tomorrow...don't worry - you'll get used to it and it won't hurt after a few classes.
get into your zone and have a great ride!!!

Spinning is my favorite workout. I did it throughout my whole pregnancies.
I saw a woman in my class a few weeks ago who was VERY pregnant. I didn't know you could spin up until the end.

Don't feel stupid I did and could kick myself for all the great workouts I missed. Get to the class a little early, introduce yourself to the instructor and they will help you get set up, the rest is so much fun and such a great workout

The instructor guides you through the whole class and will help you set up in the beginning. Once you know your settings for your bike, you can set up yourself in the next class. It's so much fun!
