Any tips on how to stop BFing?
I've been BFing DS for 4 months, and I'm ready to throw in the towel. Does anyone have tips or suggestions on how to ease the drying process?
TIA!

Start to skip feedings that's how I accidentally lost a great deal of my milk supply but I also did a lot of research since I had to return to work. You most likely will feel discomfort and want to nurse to releave the pressure but don't... Skip a feeding for a few days - than another - then another. I really mean suppliment feedings. You will probably leak so wear pads out and again you will probably feel pressure but don't pump either. Eventually it will dry up. Good Luck and congrats on the great job. Breastfeeding is a challenge.

Breastfeeding is a challenge. This is actually what I have been doing. Since returning to work a month ago, I started supplementing with formula, and skipping feedings - but still pumping & BFing. I'm at a point right now, where they're definitely drying up because DS still needs 2-3oz after I BF him anyway (he takes 6oz in a bottle).
I was just wondering if there's anything else that I need to do and/or prevent to help ease completely drying up.
