Any tips on preparing DD for a time zone change?

Any tips on preparing DD for a time zone change?
We leave for Vegas next week and I am kind nervous about the time change. Our flight leaves at 8am.
Do I keep her on our time for the rest of the day and keep my fingers crossed?

I usually don't do anything and just go by the time zone where I'm at. They usally adapt nicely to it.

I think when we went to Cali we tried to get her adjusted to their time ASAP. She transitioned better than we did!
