Traveling out west with baby - time zone change?
How did you handle the time zone change? I'm in LA for work and DH and DD are flying out on Wedneday and we'll be here thru Sunday. I know she'll want to go to sleep by 5 pm and she'll probably be up by 4 am.
What did you do? And did you alter their feeding schedule? DD is 7 months old.

When we come back from NY, the first couple of nights are hard. She usually goes down at the right time but does wake up more often than usual. I would try keep her up as last as possible.

We did the time change thing when they were 6 months old. Took a full day but eventually they adjusted. We just put them on the same schedule as if we were home.

So you just tried to keep them up later?
