also, the book fix it and forget it lightly has the nutritional content listed so you can figure the points out w/ your slider

Title: Crockpot Sloppy Joes
Categories: Crockpot
Yield: 4 Servings

2 t onion powder
1 c canned tomato sauce
1/2 c ketchup
1 t dry mustard
1/4 t table salt
1/8 t black pepper
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 T vinegar
1 lb lean ground beef 90% Lean
1 T Brown Sugar,Packed
4 Reduced Calorie Hamburger
-Buns

Brown ground beef. Add all ingredients together into crockpot.
Cook on low 8 - 10 hours or High 3 - 4 hours
Eat on bun

Per Serving: 361 Cal (30% from Fat, 34% from Protein, 36% from Carb);
13 g Tot Fat; 4 g Fiber


Chili Mac Crock Pot

16 ounces extra lean ground turkey or beef
1 cup chopped onion
1 (16 ounce) can tomatoes, coarsely chopped and undrained
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can Healthy Request Tomato Soup
1 cup reduced-sodium tomato juice
2 teaspoons chili seasoning
1 (8 ounce) can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup elbow macaroni

In a large skillet sprayed with olive oil flavored cooking spray,
brown meat.

Meanwhile, in a crock pot container sprayed with cooking spray,
combine onion, undrained tomatoes, tomato soup, tomato juice, and
chili seasoning. Stir in kidney beans and uncooked macaroni. Add
browned meat. Mix well to combine.

Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours. Mix well before serving.

Serves 6 (1 full cup).



Slow Cooker Chicken & Dressing

6 - 4 oz boneless chicken breasts
1 can 98% fat freee cream of chicken soup
1 box Chicken Stuffing mix
1 can fat free chicken broth


Put chicken breasts into a slow cooker sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Spread soup over chicken. Mix broth with stuffing mix and spread on top.

Cook on low for 4-5 hrs until chicken is done.



Crockpot Salsa Chicken

Serving Size : 4

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

4 4 ounce boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 jar salsa

1/4 cup fat-free sour cream

1 packet taco seasoning mix

Place everything in the crockpot except sour cream and mix well. Cook on low 6-8 hours. Shred chicken with two forks. It will be easy -- the chicken will be very tender. Stir in sour cream.
Serve in Mission Carb Balance tortillas with FF refried beans, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, 2% cheese.


CHICKEN & STUFFING
Serves 6

6 Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breast
1 box Stove Top Stuffing Mix
1 can 98% FF Cream of Mushroom (or Cream of Chicken) Soup
½ cup Water or Chicken Broth/Bouillon

Spray 3.5 qt crock pot with cooking spray. Add breast. Combine stuffing, soup, & liquid. Spread over chicken. Cook on low approx 6 hours (depends on how hot your crockpot gets).


Crock pot chicken straganoff

6 chicken breasts
8 oz FF sour cream
1 can reduced fat cream of celery soup
1 packet onion soup mix.

Put breasts in crock pot, combine the other ingredients and pour over chicken. cook on low for 6-8hours. Serve over whole wheat pasta or rice.



Diet Coke Chicken

Ingredients
Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast
1/2 C. Ketchup
1 Can of Diet Coke
2 Shallots (optional)

Instructions
In crockpot place chicken pieces and cover with mixed together ketchup and diet coke. Simmer on low in crockpot for at least 4 hours. Can cook more on warm alternating to low for another 2 to 3 hours. If consistency is a little too runny, add a pinch of cornstarch to thicken. Shallots go in the last hour whole or halved to add a bit more flavor.

Take out and place over favorite brown rice and spoon some sauce or use as a side.
