I think it depends who you go to over there. I have been there and had a bad experience, but one of my friends swears by the place for highlights, updos....everything.

I believe they are all independent in there and just rent space..i'm not 100% sure on this...honestly IMPO I wouldn't go there..I am leary about the place i'd rather go somewhere and to someone who I know ..most likely with a coupon they are going to stick you with someone who might not be that experienced or doesn't bring in that much business and that would scare me when it comes to my hair

Went once and once was enough. I got the worst haircut there - worse than any I ever got at a supercuts. It was packed and the stylists in the chairs around me were pretty unprofessional, IMO.
I think there's a reason it is so cheap
