Anybody in the final stretch feeling just awful?

I am going to be 35 weeks on Saturday. I started feeling extremely lethargic and crappy on Tuesday. Since it was Liam's birthday that day, I chalked it up to normal pregnancy woes combined with depression. Here it is Thursday and I still feel miserable. Absolutely no energy, can stay in bed all day, queasy.... I feel like I am getting nothing done and soooo much needs to get done. Not only is my due date around the corner, we are doing a special memorial for Liam on Saturday, and although I am sure it is going to be beautiful, I feel as if I should have put more into it. This is where my mommy guilt comes in. There is also tons of stuff to do for the new baby.

Ugh I am hoping I get this tremendous amount of energy next week and the nesting instinct starts to kick in!!!

yes I know the feeling. I can barely move and I hate it. Im in pain 24/7....and I hate not being able to do what needs to be done!

I can't even imagine all that you are dealing with emotionally. Pregnancy in itself is so hard but to add what you are going through on top of it, it's no wonder you are exhausted!

I am shot - physically. I am in so much pain, I can hardly walk. I just keep thinking "only one more month" and that is what's getting me through.

I can't imagine what you are going through emotionally but I can understand the physical part! I'm 37 1/2 weeks and I'm exhausted. I don't want to do anything.

I chose labor day weekend to do a lot of things to get ready for the baby. Well I think I overdid it on Saturday and I could barely walk on Sun and Mon. It took me going to work(where I sit at a desk all day) to actually feel better. When I am home I could just think of a million things to do. This Saturday I want to get in a good cleaning of my house...but i definitely will try not to overdo it again.

today is 34 weeks and i feel like you do. My legs hurt, my feet are swollen, im exhausted by the end of the day. I dont sleep well during the week so im irritable in the mornings (poor DH).

i have no desire to do anything that has to get done. I have no idea how im going to be ready for this baby...

my shower is saturday and then we have the task of going through all the stuff, washing everything, getting the furinture set up, thank you cards, the list goes on and on.

this whole summer we've been running running running..every weekend its something, some event, etc. and im just about out of steam right now. I think the only time i'll get to relax is when the baby is home..LOL

i'd like to know what nesting is b/c i dont think its kicked in yet...

i'll be 36 weeks on sunday, and i'm a feeling a little more uncomfortable with this pregnancy. i'm getting shooting pains in my upper thighs and i sleep terribly.

I can't imagine what you're going through!

Meanwhile, I have 9 days left and feel awful. My baby's really low and I've been dilated for a while. I contract a lot, but it's not enough to be in labor. She simply won't come out!

Heading into week 38, I feel like poo, too! I think it's the lack of sleep that is doing it for me. You have a lot on your mind as well, and that can't make it any easier....

Time is definitely accelerating, though, so I just keep reminding myself that it'll be over before I know it!
