ok he was gwenyth paltrows boyfriend in the movie meryl streep called prime. also he was on one tree hill as the single father. the geeky guy from one tree hill was on there too.

I thought a few of the charcters seemed old for 28- but overall I liked it

I watched-- it was ok... I love Laura Prepon and the lead guy-- I really liked him in Prime.
I thought it was weird that the music they had in the show was all classic rock-- which is total teenage music- BUT was not necessarily music of the late 90's. But whatever.
The show is a tad predictable-- but, I'll take it...
The kid is like totally his though-- right?

I thought this too! They did a crappy job of capturing the '90s other than the Kurt Cobain poster on the wall.

agreed-- and the KC poster-- is like SO trite... and if he loved him so much to still have a poster of him on the wall 10 years later-- his 3 o clock air jam session would be something a little more wild than the Boys are Back in Town.
Anyway-- you know the guy that is writing the series wrote Beautiful Girls-- it's like the SAME thing.

I DVR'd it and will watch it tonight.
I LOVE Laura Prepon (from that 70's show).
The guy in it was in Prime with Uma Thurman and Meryl Streep.

Yeah, Mouth from One Tree Hill was the college student who got into the fist fight at the bar.
I liked the show. DH said it reminded him of another show that was briefly on several years ago but got cancelled. Same story line.
It seems predictable but I've got nothing else to watch anyway.
