anyone an attorney - mortgage help needed
Is there a way to use the proceeds of a mortgage for the purchase of a new home to pay off the mortgage of the home that I am selling?

anyone an attorney - mortgage help needed
I was an attorney before I became a real estate agent. I want to make sure I understand the question. You want to buy a new home and take out a mortgage, but rather than use the money you take out to pay for the new home, you want to use it to pay off your existing mortgage?
If I'm understanding the question correctly, how would the new home that you are purchasing be paid for, assuming you used the mortgage amount to pay off your existing loan?
Feel free to FM me with direct questions or details. I'm happy to help.

I did not explain it correctly, sorry. But we now have everything all figured out.
Thanks anyway.
