We had DS's 2nd birthday party there in March. I thought it was great! They took care of everything, all we had to do was show up. All the kids (ranging from 1-6 years old) had a great time. We paid for the extra half hour of playtime and ordered chips and hummus/spinach dip for the adults from their catering menu and both were totally worth the money, IMO.
