Anyone Bruise easily??
I do! 
I hate it. My legs look as if someone beat me up mind u all the small bruises or from bumping into things and get hit (on accident).
Am I lacking a vitamin or something???

I'm anemic and I bruise very easily. Make an appt with a doc cecause if you are she'll put you on special iron meds.

Vitamin K can help with that. (although you don't want to take too much.)
You might want to ask your primary physician to run some bloodwork on you.

I do-- I think it has something to do with low iron-- I am a vegetarian-- but I always had this problem even before I stopped eating meat.

Hmmm, I dont know if I am. Good question.
Maybe I do need to get some blood work done.
As weird as this sounds, i kind of bit my own thumb and it wasnt hard...NICE BRUISE I have now!

I do. I find if I take a lot of Advil I seem to bruise more. I always have bruises on my legs.

It is possible that you are anemic. I am and if I scratch an itch too hard, I will bruise- it stinks, people probably think I am being abused! I take iron pills to help.

Advil is a blood thinner...that is what is caisign you to bruise so easily

Yes, I do. I have bruises from mosquito bites! I know I am not anemic, but my Dr. couldn't offer anything except to tell me that it was the type of pigment I have. I asked a dermatologist once and they were no help either.

I do...theres lots of differnet causes...usually its not a bad sign or a sign of anything serious. Lack of Iron is the #1 cause.
I look like someone beat me up half the time

I bruise extremely easily and they last a really long time. At one point, I was seriouslly worried about cancer or something, but thank God, it's not that.
I am going to ask my Dr. about anemia.

I bruise easily, but I'm not anemic. Some people are just more prone to bruising.
If you're that concerned about it, visit your doctor.
Also, as some have mentioned, if you take Advil (or any Ibuprofen products) regularly, you're more likely to be susceptible to bruising.
