I'm starting the 30 day cleanse 10/28. I know it will be tough. I have a coach I know and all, I'm just not sure what you do after the 30 day. If I have more weight to lose, do I just do another? Or do shakes for 2 meals and eat healthy a third, but not do the cleanse days?
It is pricey, but sounds worth it. I just don't want to join something that automatically charges me every month, or anything.

What you signed up for is not what you will be charged each month. You go in and adjust the autoship to your needs. It seems expensive, but remember it us food are you are just re-allocating where that money is getting spent.
You continue the 30 day program until you reach your goal. Once you reach your goal you only need to do one shake a day then cleanse once every 1-3 months.
You will feel amazing once you get the products in your body!

Thank you! I am excited. I guess I still feel it is just an added expense bc I still have to buy food for DH and DS, and lunch (healthy) is provided free at my work. Do you have to do autoship every month?

No you adjust it, but it does take 7-10 days to get your shipment from the date of autoship and the 30 day has 30days of shakes if you take them twice a day. If you take it once a day it will last 2 months. You will still loose weight, just at a slower pace. Each shake is approx. $4. Think of it in terms that you are buying your meals for the month. You will notice that food will last a little longer in your home for the meals you are replacing. My son started on the shakes now too and my breakfast foods are getting stretched out.
