Anyone eating anything tonight they know they'll regret?
Oh boy. I'm usually so good about what I eat. Not tonight. I skipped lunch, not on purpose, but because I was busy, so I had some chicken potstickers, which by themselves weren't so bad, but the sauce was SO salty. That, I will regret. So, as if that wasn't bad enough, I'm not eating buffalo chicken tenders. Yup, more salt and some spice to induce killer heart burn. Seriously. There's something wrong with me

Umm yes
I believe my regret will be almost the entire bowl of onion dip I just had with an entire bag of chips.

ugghh..me i had a stomach ache since 6pm...i ate everything, i havent pigged out like that in awhile...regretting it now :(

YES! Everything is so salty, I ate like crap, then I made DH go cut me up an orange it tasted so good. I am on my 3rd glass of water in about 2hrs! Salt is no good for us!

besided eating almost the whole veggies and dip platter, i did enjoy a few pieces of proscuitto! so yummy!

Just about everything.
It's no wonder I "popped" suddenly. I look the same as I did with DS at like 17 wks, the same way I look now @ 9 wks. I don't know where this belly came from all of a sudden, but I think it's time to start telling ppl.
