No complaints here. All the lights were on when I went, I thought it was great! lol. We did go after 4 sometime, so it was not too crazy. I had people asking me for help several times. And enjoyed the furniture layout. Also I liked the clean bathrooms! Me and DH spent 3 hours there registering!Chat Icon

We went yesterday around 3. The lights were working andI thought they had a decent selection of baby clothes. But the crowds were unbearable. I think once it settles down from the grand opening, it wont be so bad.

(I will admit I was confused by the layout since it was SO different than the other stores)

We went around 12 ish...I waited about 35 minutes on line to return a gift DS received. Then when I got to the service desk, they had to wait for manager's approval to give me a store credit Chat Icon . So the manager taking about 10 minutes to arrive was fun. Chat Icon

The store was packed, and the line to buy anything was probably an hour long if you waited on it. We decided to go to a different store, I had no patience for it.

Nice store though, it reminded me of when toys r us used to be HUGE (at least in a little kid's eyes). I did not like that the toys were categorized by brand and not age.

I was pretty disappointed with the clothes dept. There was virtually NOTHING there!!! The BRU in Commack and Bohemia have SO much I just figured this BRU would be the same. The layout was a little chaotic too but maybe I just need to get use to it. At least I finally have one 2 min. from my house so I'm happy despite my few complaints.

For those of you who have gone there already, did they have a large selection of crib bedding?

I didn't like it either, I much prefer the BRU in Commack that I go to...there were WAY too many people. There will always be a lot of people b/c it is combined with TRU. I also didn't think they had the same amount of stuff. I hated the way the furniture was set up, to me it was shabby AND they had no selection of bedding...I won't be returning.

i didn't think they had a good selection of bedding at all, bohemia and commack have a far better selection.
