Anyone Else Have A Very Active Baby

My DD is so active. She is constantly going in my tummy throughout the day. Oy! All the kicks and tumbles in my poor tummy.

Good thing she allows me to sleep very well nights but in the days she is in constant motion.

Re: Anyone Else Have A Very Active Baby

My baby had been very active for a long time. Now that I am basically 9 months preggo, I think the child is running out of room! I still feel the baby, but not as much as I used to. Isn't it so much fun??!!!?!!

Both my kids were like that and I noticed they kept those sleeping habits out of the womb also. DS wasn't a big sleeper durning the day. He took a lot of cat naps up until he was about 4-5 months old, but he started sleeping through the night at 8 weeks and before that he would get up the most 2 times a night and I was BF at that time. DD still sleeps a decent part of the day but is up in the late afternoon early evening until she goes to sleep. Now she is giving me a 6-7 hour strech of sleep then up again 2-3 hours later.

DS was non-stop. Even when we were getting the stress tests, the nurses could not believe how much he moved. At 3 months old he is an incredibly active infant.

Re: Anyone Else Have A Very Active Baby

glad to hear other mommy's experiencing this as well. DD doesn't stop moving ALL throughout the day. I actually was starting to worry something was wrong. I HOPE she is not this active once she is born. I'm used to a very mild mannered boyChat Icon

Mine moves throughout the day and wakes me up at night. I'm nervous to see how much she beats me up at 36 weeks. Chat Icon

Not really....She is more active at night and when I am laying on the couch after dinner. During the daytime, she is pretty quiet and now I think she is really pressed for room so she is VERY quiet. She pushed out even more of my belly button last night!
