I switched it up today...instead of pizza I had a veggie "sushi" roll with brown rice and miso soup. Felt good to actually eat some vegetables for a change.

Lox is a no no??? I haven't had any in awhile, but I LOVE lox.
I'm making egg salad for lunch.
Your not "supposed" to have any smoked fish or cured meats.
Ah Nitrates.
I eat hot dogs and bacon though.
