anyone else not able so sleep
after 3 days of sleeping because of the flu i can not get myself to fall asleep

I can't...but I am pregnant. I had the flu in February and it was the worst, 6 nights of hell.

It stinks the most for you because nothing helps for the flu. did you dr give you tamiflu? i am so getting the flu shot this year.

yes thankfully. my ears still hurt a little but otherwise alot better. it just hit me so hard and quick it was weird. at 10 i was fine by 11 my throat was hurting, 1 pm i feel asleep in my car for my lunch break and by 2:30 i was in the dr.'s. and like i said for 3 days i slept pretty much the whole day. now i just can not relax enough to sleep i am getting tired but i do not think enough to sleep. maybe i should try to lay down again

Drink some tea and try and lay down !
I am going to go try but with all these BH they are really starting to hurt I dont know if I will be able to sleep

tea.. hmmmmmmm i do have that tea they call sleepy time tea. maybe i should try it. thanks for they idea..... if i do not retirn goodnight and feel better yourself
