Anyone else NOT currently undergoing fertility treatments?
Since our failed IVF attempt in June/July DH and I have made the decision to use supplements, vitamins ect to ttc. Aside from me taking metformin for PCOS/insulin resistence we're not using any sort of fertility med/treatment. Eventually if we have to we'll go back to more traditional treatment but for now we're giving this a try.
Anyone else going this route? If so what are you taking/doing?

Well currently I'm waiting for AF. My body is locked down and doing nothing..no oing, no af...I think from the back to back cycles and endless lupron and delestrogen it needs a reset.
So nada..

Re: Anyone else NOT currently undergoing fertility treatments?
DH and I are toying with the idea if this IUI cycle is a bust, we will take a month or 2 off, before going into IVF. I am concerned that this break will have an effect on my cycles. We'll see.

Re: Anyone else NOT currently undergoing fertility treatments?
We're naturally TTCing charting, etc. since November until February. I'm set up for IVF in Feb if I don't get PG before then. I figured it cant hurt to try natural in the meantime.
Good Luck

Re: Anyone else NOT currently undergoing fertility treatments?
My husband has borderline low sperm count. He is taking clomid so we will see next month if it helped. I did one IUI however it didn't work and I was really upset. I decided to not do it again and just go natural and hope for the best. So that is what we have done for the past 2 months. Hopefully I wont have to seek more aggressive treatment in the future. We have been trying for 15 months now.

We are taking a break and trying the old fashion way. I'm so much happier even when I got my period last month I handled it better

Re: Anyone else NOT currently undergoing fertility treatments?
Yes Im taking a break. We were on our way to our 3rd IVF in December when things went all over the place. I ovulated, I didn't ovulate, I started stims, I went off stims, I finally asked my doctor if I could take a break. He said it was fine. Im glad I did, I was worried at first but now Im doing ok. I was only going to stop for one cycle, however I may wait till March. We are trying on our own, my doctor said it is possible for me to get pregnant without doing fertility treatments. Im loving working out, not taking meds and not doing shots. I feel like I have some sort of life back.
