Anyone Else Shop Thrift Stores For Baby Stuff?
I have found so many great things at the local thrift store for Emma. I bought a FP Aquarium crib thingy for 1.99, perfect condition! I also picked up some cute dresses yesterday that were hardly worn and cost $.90 each since it was half price Sunday! I saw bags and bags of Dr. Browns bottles for super cheap, although I don't use that brand.
Anyone else a thrift store junkie?
Also, I've heard of Once Upon A Child in hicksville. as anyone been there? Is it worth making a trip to find cute girl clothes? Also, have you ever sold any of your baby stuff to them?

I've gone to Once Upon A Child a few times. They are good IMO. I've found a bunch of brand new clothes for both kids, and I got really cute used stuff for Sarah for holidays, but they were in perfect condition since you really only use them once or twice.
I've also sold to them. You don't get a lot of money since they need to be able to sell it for more than they give you, but it's better than sitting around in my attic.

I love a good bargain! Half of the time the items have hardly been touched...can't pass up things like that!

being down soyth thrifting and garage saleing is HUGE....I've found many a great things.
Check your local Goodwills also....many times you can find the big Little Tikes and Fisher Price toys! They clean up well with a magic eraser!
I got a baby einstein gym mat for the new baby for $10.
